Commerce provides a forum for Danish business which includes
business related to Denmark or trading with Denmark related
companies. Thus, the focus is on ties to Denmark rather than the
nationalities of individuals. The Chamber’s objective is to
identify, examine and discuss matters of common interest affecting
economic, industrial and commercial issues and objectives as well as
health matters. The Danish Chamber of Commerce further promotes Hong
Kong and the Greater Pearl River Delta in Denmark and offers to
facilitate exchanges between business entities in the respective
areas. In addition, the Danish Chamber of Commerce acts as a link
between its members and the Hong Kong Authorities, Health
Institutions and in particular other Commercial Institutions in its
aim to facilitate a good business environment for all concerned. It
is also a very active participant in debate concerning the
environment. Currently, the Danish Chamber of Commerce has no less
than 56 corporate members representing medium and large business and
50 individual members representing small and medium enterprises.
